What is Postal ID?

The Postal functional Card, popularly known as the Postal ID is issued by the state-owned Philippine Postal Corporation. It aims to provide address verification for individuals who will avail of the service. It is a primary document in passport applications in the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA). The Postal ID is widely accepted for various transactions with government and financial institutions, provided it is within its three-year validity period.
